At Greensborough Flowers, we proudly deliver fresh floral arrangements across Greensborough and surrounding Melbourne suburbs. We strive to ensure every order arrives on time, in perfect condition.

Surrounding suburbs
Wider Melbourne (selected zones)

Delivery availability is based on postcode and distance. Fees vary depending on the delivery zone chosen at checkout.

⏰ Delivery Times

We offer:

Same-Day Delivery

Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays.

Next-Day & Future Delivery

You may choose a delivery date during checkout (subject to availability).

Delivery Windows

We aim to deliver between 9 AM – 6 PM.
Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but we do our best to meet any requests.

🎁 Gifting Deliveries

If your order is a gift, please ensure:

The recipient’s name is correct
The delivery address is accurate
Access instructions are clear
The recipient is available to receive the flowers

If the recipient is not home, we will leave the arrangement in a safe place (if suitable). If no safe place exists, redelivery fees may apply.

❗ Failed Deliveries

A delivery may be marked as failed if:

The address is incorrect or incomplete
The location is unsafe or inaccessible
There is no safe place to leave the flowers
The building requires access codes / permission and we cannot gain entry

In these cases, a redelivery fee may be required.

🌸 Freshness Guarantee

All flowers are arranged fresh on the day of delivery.
Please contact us within 24 hours if your flowers arrive damaged, wilted or incorrect — we will happily assist.

📦 Store Pickup

Pickup is available from our Greensborough store:

📍Address: GREENSBOROUGH PLAZA, Level 1/25 Main St, Greensborough VIC 3088
🕒 Pickup hours: 10 AM – 5 PM (unless otherwise arranged)

Please bring your confirmation email or order number when collecting.

📝 Order Changes

Changes to delivery details must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Once an order is prepared or out for delivery, changes can no longer be made.

❌ Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to delivery.
Once flowers have been prepared or dispatched, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.
