Delivery Information

We will always do our best to deliver your order on the requested date.
Please note that our couriers cannot call the recipient before delivery and cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.

For important occasions, we recommend choosing a day earlier to ensure your flowers arrive in time.

Business, Hospital & Hotel Deliveries

Many workplaces, hospitals, and hotels have strict delivery and security policies, which may prevent our couriers from handing the flowers directly to the recipient.

In these cases, the order will be delivered to:

• A reception desk

• A concierge

• A mailroom or receiving department

This may sometimes cause a slight delay. Please keep this in mind when selecting the delivery time and date.

❌ Incorrect Addresses

Deliveries made to an incorrect address supplied by the sender.

❌ Recipient Not Present

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier will:

• Leave the flowers safely at the door, or

• Leave them in a secure location if available

We strongly recommend choosing an address where someone will be present during business hours.

A contact phone number for the recipient must be supplied.

❌ Delays Caused by Signature Requests

If you require a signature upon delivery, this may delay the courier and affect product freshness.

❌ Quality Issues From Re-Delivery

Flower quality may decrease if:

• An incorrect address is supplied

• A re-route is requested by the sender

• The flowers sit outside for an extended period after delivery

Substitution Policy

Freshness is our priority. If a specific flower or product is unavailable on the day, we may substitute it with a similar bloom or arrangement of equal or greater value, while keeping the overall style and beauty of your order.

Caring For Your Flowers

To help your flowers last as long as possible:

Arrangements in Floral Foam or Pots

• Top up with clean water daily

• Do not overfill

Cut Flowers in a Vase

• Trim stems diagonally (about 2 cm) before placing in water

• Remove any leaves that sit below the waterline (this prevents bacteria)

• Replace the water regularly for best longevity

General Tips

• Remove wilted blooms to keep the arrangement fresh

• Keep flowers away from:

  • Direct sunlight

  • Heating vents or appliances

  • Drafts or hot surfaces (e.g., TVs, microwaves)
