At Greensborough Flowers, we take great pride in creating fresh, beautiful arrangements for every occasion. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

💐 Fresh Flower Guarantee

All floral products are made using fresh flowers. Because flowers are perishable and vary seasonally, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once the order has been prepared.

However, if your order arrives damaged, wilted, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo, and we will assist right away.

📸 Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive:

Damaged flowers
Incorrect items
An arrangement that does not match what was ordered
Missing products

Your order number
Photos of the issue
A short description of the problem

Based on the situation, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, freshness, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Fresh flowers
Custom bouquets
Personalized arrangements
Seasonal items
Sale items

🚚 Delivery Issues

If delivery fails due to:

Wrong or incomplete address provided
Recipient not available
Unsafe or inaccessible premises
No safe place to leave the order

We cannot offer refunds. A redelivery fee may apply if you request another attempt.

🌹 Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Once we have begun preparing your flowers or your order is already out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

💳 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
